Berner MĂĽnster
The Berner MĂĽnster (foundation stone laid in 1421), an impressive masterpiece of late-Gothic architecture, is the venue for our church wedding ceremony. We would be delighted if you arrive around 2 PM. The ecumenical ceremony begins at 2:30 PM and lasts approximately one hour.

Gurten & Restaurant Gurtners
Following the church ceremony we welcome you to Bern’s local mountain Gurten (858 m a.s.l.) for an apéro (from 4:30 PM) and dinner (from 6:30 to approx. 10 PM) at Restaurant Gurtners. The Gurtenbahn funicular, opened on 12 September 1899, takes you comfortably up and down. Those arriving by car will find parking at the valley station, which is also well served by public transport.
